What is the return policy?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, as each item is a limited collectible made specifically for each customer. However, we do offer exchanges or amendments to ensure a better fit if needed. We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide before completing your order to confirm the correct sizing.
How do I pre-order unreleased items?
All collection products are sold through a pre-order process and are released on the scheduled release date (Drop Date). After placing your pre-order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When the product launches on the stated drop date, a second email will be sent containing your purchase details and expected delivery date. Only 100 units will be released, so the first 100 customers to complete payment will receive their product.
Why haven't I received my pre-order?
If you signed up to our waiting list for a pre-order but didn’t receive a payment link on the release date, it indicates that the first 100 units have already sold out. Don’t worry, our team will notify you within 24 hours with updates on potential future releases of your pre-ordered item, along with any exclusive offers available to our members.
How long before I receive my order?
After the item you purchase is released on the stated product release date, your pre‑order is dispatched the same day using an express 48‑hour delivery service. Most customers receive their items within 2–3 working days. Delivery times may be slightly longer during Bank Holidays, but courier updates will keep you informed throughout the process.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. Although we do offer free standard shipping on all items within the UK.
